For the majority of his professional career Morten has held different management positions – mainly in larger and advanced projects in the shipping industry and in life-science. His focus has been project management, asset management and construction, as well as executive management.

In the medical cannabis industry, Morten has held executive positions at Canopy Growth, Little Green Pharma and Medican.
​
With a legal, economical, and technical education combined with years of international experience mainly with project management, he has covered most of the administrative and technical roles during the project design phases and slowly handed over to operational staff as the company grew.
​
Mortens core strengths in project management are change management and cross-cultural integration in innovative and fast-growing companies. To coach and lead teams working with complicated and innovative solutions in combination with the business support functions.

Niels Wellner

Niels was trained as a pharmacist and later ph.d in pharmacology and has dedicated his later scientific research to the exploration of endocannabinoids and other bioactive lipids at the University of Copenhagen and Aarhus University.
From 2018 Niels has worked in medical affairs and regulatory affairs for medical cannabis companies - Spectrum Therapeutics, Canopy Growth Corporation and Canify AG. In Denmark, Europe and globally.
His passion is the education and training of doctors as well as relevant stakeholders in the field of medical cannabis.
Niels has experience with starting and developing telemedicine clinics specialized in cannabinoid treatment in Germany and Denmark, as well as deep product, clinical, scientific and market knowledge.
Cecilie Bosdatter

Cecilie is a trained pharmacist from Copenhagen University. In her professional career she has worked within the Danish Medicines Agency, the private medical cannabis industry and met the end user through her time at Tårnby pharmacy.

She has a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical product life cycle and regulatory processes from idea to marketed drug. Common to all her project has been a focus on medicinal cannabis.
​
In recent years she has worked with supplier development and as regulatory & quality specialist at Canify AG.
​
Cecilie is experienced with the preparation, execution and reporting of audits, qualification of suppliers, sparring on other quality-related tasks and regulatory processes.
Laura Kaiser

Laura is a management generalist with broad experience in business development, strategy, marketing & communication.

With her background as a professionally trained marketing expert, studied political scientist and an EMBA from Technical University Munich, she has a passion for working in highly regulated environments, always striving for the most pragmatic solutions.

Within 15 plus years of work experience, Laura has successfully developed start-up companies, has held management positions at start-ups and international corporations in different industries.

Helena is an independent consultant in the medical cannabis industry, specializing in marketing, medical education, and strategic communication. With a background in biotechnology from the University of Copenhagen, she has a deep scientific foundation that she skillfully translates into compelling marketing strategies and educational initiatives.

She has extensive experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging educational materials for healthcare professionals, and managing brand positioning through scientific storytelling.

Helena has played a key role in establishing and promoting telemedicine clinics specializing in cannabinoid treatments in Denmark and Germany, giving her a strong understanding of both market dynamics and patient engagement strategies.

Helena has worked in medical affairs and marketing for medical cannabis companies, including Canify AG and Valcon Medical A/S. Her expertise spans scientific communication, brand positioning, and market development within the industry.

Sarah Marianek

Sarah is a general physician with a degree from the university of Freiburg. Already early during her
studies she focused on phytomedicine and acupuncture.
Her specialist training in
psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy deepened her interest in plant-based medicine
especially regarding the possibilities in the treatment of chronic illnesses and therapy resistant mental
health disorders. Sarah held positions in psychiatry, addiction medicine, psychosomatics and internal
medicine.
Within her over 15 years of experience as a clinician, working in multiple environments from large
hospitals to privat clinics, she has intimate knowledge about the needs and challenges regarding the
prescription and regulation of medical cannabis.
She has a passion for
educating fellow physicians and patients in the therapeutic possibilities of plant-based medicine.
She was working as the responsible clinician for Canify Clinics Berlin since 2022 and is now working in
her own private clinic, focusing on pain management and chronic illnesses.
